Sachin Narke is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience in the technology, engineering, and manufacturing domains, having worked with prominent organisations like Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, and Forbes Marshall.
His expertise spans a wide range of HR functions, including Learning and Development, HR Leadership, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and Organisational Development.
In his career, Sachin has held key leadership positions such as Chief Learning Officer, Head HR, and Global Head of TA and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. He has also contributed to organisational governance as a Values Council Member and Shadow Board Member.
Sachin’s educational background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI, a Diploma in Business Management from NMIMS, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Pune University.
Sachin Narke's professional qualifications include the CIPD Advanced Award in Organisation Design and Development (UK), Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Dale Carnegie Train the Trainer, IIM Ahmedabad’s Advanced HRM, and Diversity & Inclusion Masterclass from GPTW. He is also certified in psychometric instruments (MBTI, OPQ32-r, Hogan) and has specialised training in Mercer’s International Position Evaluation and PMS (TV Rao Learning Systems).
