PROGRAMS AT HR SCHOLARS GUILD

Our Approach

At HR Scholars Guild, we follow a simple philosophy:

Less is More.

Instead of running numerous programs across many topics, we deliberately focus on a few carefully chosen programs each year. This allows us to invest time in thoughtful design, bring in experienced practitioners, and create learning experiences that go beyond surface-level discussions.

By focusing on depth rather than volume, we aim to offer meaningful, practitioner-led learning for the HR community.

Our Signature Programs

Real Practices, Real Challenges, and Real Results.

The HR Scholars Signature Series brings together distinguished HR leaders to share real practices, real challenges, and real results from their professional journeys.

Unlike conferences or typical webinars, these are deep-dive practitioner sessions where each leader presents a specific HR best practice, sharing the context, approach, and outcomes in detail.

Designed for experienced HR professionals, the series focuses on practical insights that can be applied in real organisational contexts.

Conducted four times a year (one edition per quarter), each edition runs over four Saturdays on a virtual platform, with sessions of around three and a half hours, featuring 40-minute practice-focused presentations and discussions.
