At HR Scholars Guild, we believe that a great learning intervention is defined not just by its content but by the person who brings it to life.

That is why we don't operate as an open marketplace of trainers and facilitators.

Our facilitator network is carefully curated. We seek practitioners and facilitators with demonstrated expertise, strong delivery credentials and the ability to create meaningful learning experiences.

A significant part of our network comes through recommendations from HR leaders and professionals who have experienced their work first-hand. We undertake reference and credibility checks before associating a facilitator with HR Scholars Guild.

We don't aim to have the largest network of facilitators.
We aim to have a network we can confidently recommend.

Are You a Trainer or Facilitator?

Our associations are selective and are based on demonstrated expertise, relevant experience, client feedback, and professional references.
